Gloria Silverio

As a wellness and life coach working with busy professionals that are struggling to "get it all done", I teach people how to manage their energy rather than their time to discover health, happiness, life balance and high performance. In both my coaching and my training, I offer a step-by-step approach to energy management that is unique, scientifically based and easy to follow. With a masters degree in Clinical Psychology, more than twenty years working in the health and wellness field, and my own unique life experiences of living and working abroad, I understand what it takes to set bigger and better goals and accomplish them effortlessly. In addition to my individual and group coaching, I am a workshop presenter and speak to organizations that want their people to perform more effectively, with less stress and burnout. I love helping people build positive energy in order to change the way they think and the way they live their lives.
