What will our group sessions be like?
We will begin
each group session with a check-in to see how you are doing
and the progress that you have made on your personal
goals since we last met.
Gloria will introduce a topic or ask a question and the group will discuss how
it applies to
their own success. Each group member will make a commitment
to the group for the action steps they plan to take that
will move them
closer to their goals. Gloria will often close the group coaching
session by
asking what you learned about yourself or the insight you
had that will
allow you to succeed. Gloria is also available to answer any questions that
you may have
between sessions.
